Jérôme Queyroux began his career with Ernst & Young in Lyon in 1996.

After over 11 years in EY’s tax department, he joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon as partner in June 2008 before founding Archimède Avocats & Associés in April 2018.

Jérôme Queyroux is co-manager of Archimède Avocats & Associés, where he heads the tax department. Focusing on services for companies and their managers, he leads a team of lawyers trained in transactions (audit & structuring) and company transfers.

He guides many business leaders over the long term to define and apply their wealth strategy.

Vincent began his career as an assistant notary in 2003. He then joined the Groupe SNI – Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation as legal officer from 2009 to 2011. During that period, he participated in the housing stimulus plan (Plan Relance Logement). He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon as a lawyer in 2013. In 2018, he helped to establish Archimède Avocats & Associés.

As a result of these experiences, he has acquired expertise in the developing, auditing and securing real estate projects, providing technical advice in real estate and construction law, and drafting or assisting in preparation of real estate and construction contracts.

Vincent is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Loïc began his career at CMS Cabinet Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats in 2010. In 2018, he left the firm to join Archimède Avocats & Associés.

Promoted counsel in 2020, Loïc leads the corporate tax department with Jérôme Queyroux. He advises SMEs and large groups for the day-to-day management of their tax obligations as well as exceptional operations: restructuring, external growth, asset disposal, etc.
